• 150g Dan & Monstro Pasta Sauce
  • 150g pasta
  • ½ courgette, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ lemon zest
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 2tbs Olive Oil
  • Fresh basil

Cook time: 12 Minutes


Serves 1

  • Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

  • In a separate pan add 1 tbs olive oil to a pan, add in your onions. Keep on a medium heat and allow the onions to sweat down for a few minutes.

  • Once the onions begin to become translucent add in the diced courgette and crushed garlic. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes together with the onions and then add the pasta sauce, bring to a simmer.

  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the sauce along with the lemon zest, cherry tomatoes, chopped basil and remaining olive oil. Stir to combine

  • When serving sprinkle with the crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy
