• Ciabatta bread
  • Olive oil
  • Dan & Monstro Tomato and Chili sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Onion
  • A ball of Mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt & pepper to season

Cook time: 10 minutes


  • Cut the Ciabatta into 1cm slices. Brush them lightly with olive oil.

  • Spread these out on a tray and grill until golden. Once they turn golden, flip them over. Be careful they don’t overcook!

  • Dice tomatoes, onion, and some fresh basil. Add the Dan & Monstro Tomato and Chili stir-in sauce. Add to a saucepan and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.

  • Add the tomato and onion mix to the Ciabatta slices, add a thin slice of Mozzarella cheese and garnish with salt, pepper and fresh basil leaves.
