I launched my delicious and fragrant curry sauce about one year after my pasta sauce. I perfected my recipe by giving out lots of samples to family and friends for their good honest feedback about flavour, nutrition, quality and how easy it was to use when making your favourite curry dish. I blend lots of fresh ginger, garlic, red onions, red peppers, fresh coriander, gentle curry spices like turmeric, garam masala, cumin all through my own homemade curry sauce recipe which also has low fat organic yogurt.
Fresh ginger ,garlic, red onions, red peppers, fresh coriander,

Prepare your rice by measuring it out and
rinsing it thoroughly in cold water until the
water is clear. Add the rice and double the
amount of water to a large pot
Bring the large pot to boil and swirl the pot
once to make sure everything is well mixed.
Put a lid on the pot and turn the heat down
low allowing to cook for 10 minutes or until
the rice is fork tender.
Heat up a pan to medium heat. While that is
heating up, cut your 400 grams of chicken
breast into chicken thighs into 3cm chunks.
Cook the chicken on the pan until the
outside of the chicken had sealed. Add in
your Delicious Dan & Monstro Curry Sauce
and allow to boil for 10minutes to cook the
chicken fully.
Don’t forget to taste your Chicken Curry to
see if it needs to be seasoned with a little
salt & pepper to your liking.
Put a spoonful of rice on your plate and pile
on your flavourful Chicken Curry and enjoy!
