• Diced chicken breast
  • Dan & Monstro Tikka Masala stir-in sauce
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

Cook time: 10 minutes


  • Marinate the chicken pieces in the Dan & Monstro Tikka Masala stir-in sauce for a few hours. Overnight is best.

  • Skewer the chicken, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Add chilli flakes if you prefer them to be spicy.

  • Mix a few tablespoons of natural yoghurt in a bowl and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Add some fresh coriander leaves and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cook your chicken skewers on the barbeque and enjoy with the yoghurt dip!
