- Diced chicken breast
- Dan & Monstro Tikka Masala stir-in sauce
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Natural yoghurt
- 1 lemon
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper to season
- Chilli flakes (optional)

Marinate the chicken pieces in the Dan & Monstro Tikka Masala stir-in sauce for a few hours. Overnight is best.
Skewer the chicken, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Add chilli flakes if you prefer them to be spicy.
Mix a few tablespoons of natural yoghurt in a bowl and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Add some fresh coriander leaves and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook your chicken skewers on the barbeque and enjoy with the yoghurt dip!
