• Red pepper (50g)
  • Half of a red chilli
  • Green pepper (50g)
  • Half of a brown onion
  • 175 grams of chicken fillets (with chilli flakes, Chinese 5 Spice, paprika and salt to season)
  • 200 grams of potatoes, cut into chips, and season with above mixture

Method
  • Cut the red pepper into thin slices.

  • Dice the chilli

  • Cut the onion into long slices

  • Add the chicken to a bowl and add in Chinese 5-spice, paprika, salt and chilli flakes

  • Cut the potato into slices for chips and season with Chinese 5-spice, paprika, salt and chilli flakes

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
