- Half of a brown onion
- 175 grams of chicken fillets (with chilli flakes, Chinese 5 Spice, paprika and salt to season)
- 200 grams of potatoes, cut into chips, and season with above mixture

Cut the red pepper into thin slices.
Dice the chilli
Cut the onion into long slices
Add the chicken to a bowl and add in Chinese 5-spice, paprika, salt and chilli flakes
Cut the potato into slices for chips and season with Chinese 5-spice, paprika, salt and chilli flakes
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
