- 250g Dan & Monstro Pasta Sauce
- 250g Minced beef
- 200g Rice
- 100g Kidney can beans, drained
- 1 Red onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1tbs olive oil
- 1tsp cumin
- 4 large round flour wraps

Rinse the rice and then cook according to the directions on the packet.
In a frying pan ad 1tbs of oil and place on a medium heat, add in your diced onion and allow to sweat for a few minutes, until they are lightly browned.
Turn the heat up to high and add your beef, breaking it up with a spatula or wooden spoon. Once the beef has brown completely ad the garlic and Dan & Monstro Pasta Sauce along with the kidney beans and 1 tsp of cumin.
Allow the sauce to cook down and reduce, you don’t want it very liquidly you want if coating the beef and to add flavour and moisture to your burrito, remove form heat when ready.
Once the rice is cooked, drain and allow to cool slightly.
Place your wrap on a clean work surface, put around 3 tbs of cooked rice in the centre toward the bottom, ensuring you leave an inch from any of the edges free of the filling to help you roll it.
Top the rice with the beef mixture and fold. Fold up the bottom first and fold over the side on top tucking it over the filling. Then tightly roll everything upwards. Using a sharp knife slice in half and serve. If not serving straight away you can wrap foil around them. Enjoy
