• Penne Pasta , cooked as per instructions on packet.
  • Pouch of Dan & Monstro Pasta Sauce
  • Small finely diced shallot
  • Fresh Chili or some Chili flakes
  • Fresh basil

  • In a saucepan , pour in a little oil, Chili flavoured oil would be great.

  • Add in your finely sliced shallot and diced Chili ( remove the seeds if you don’t want it too spicy )

  • Cook for a few minutes , pour in the pasta sauce , season , cover and cook over a gentle heat.

  • When your pasta has been cooked , drain and add to the sauce , adding in a little of the water the pasta was cooked in.

  • Tear some fresh basil leaves over and serve with some crusty garlic bread !
